Butterscotch Turtles

I always enjoy quick, delicious treats and this one is a favorite here in Tennessee:





1 pkg butterscotch morsels
1 pkg milk chocolate morsels
1/2 pound Spanish peanuts (or walnuts)
2 handfuls of crushed potato chips

Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels in a double boiler - stir until smooth.
Add nuts and potato chips - stir until mixed.

Drop by teaspoon on cookie and let set (or put in freezer for about 5 minutes)
